About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Merton. The role involves supporting children with special educational needs to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students with SEN in classroom and one-to-one settings.

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering learning activities.

Encourage positive behavior and social development.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN.

Strong communication skills and patience.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.

DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
