We're looking for an enthusiastic ADHD Support Teaching Assistant to join our team on a supply basis, helping various primary schools in Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Individual Students: Provide one-on-one assistance to students with ADHD, helping them stay focused and engaged.
- Adapt Lessons: Work with teachers to modify and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of ADHD students.
- Behavior Management: Implement strategies to manage and improve classroom behavior.
- Create a Positive Environment: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Education: A genuine desire to help students with ADHD succeed.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with ADHD or similar needs.
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
- Training: Specific training in ADHD strategies and interventions.
- Certifications: First Aid certification is a plus.
