Protocol Education is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wandsworth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs).

  • Assist the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management.

  • Help create an engaging, safe, and positive learning environment.

  • Encourage pupils to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.

  • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
