About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in [Borough Name]. The successful candidate will support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and emotional and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.

Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.

Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Support pupils with personal care or mobility where required.

Encourage independence and confidence in learning and social skills.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN.

A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
