SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon

Protocol Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Croydon.
You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their full potential.
What the role involves:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management

Encouraging pupils’ social and emotional development
-
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
About you:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or childcare setting)

A patient, caring and adaptable approach
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
