About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wandsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a positive impact in their education.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.

Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and independence within the classroom.

Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.

Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN (in schools or similar settings).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learners.

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
