Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will support students with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.

Supporting pupils in managing their behaviour and developing social skills.

Encouraging participation and promoting inclusion in classroom activities.

Assisting with lesson preparation and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN.

A caring, patient, and proactive approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Right to Work in the UK.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
