SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon

Protocol Education are looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner schools in Croydon.
You will be supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students on a one-to-one and small group basis.

Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Provide emotional and behavioural support where required.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable).

A proactive and flexible attitude.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
