What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them access their learning

Using structure, routine, and clear communication to keep pupils settled

Helping with sensory regulation and emotional support

Working with teachers, therapists, and support staff who truly care

Creating a positive environment where pupils feel safe and ready to learn

Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or similar roles

A calm, steady approach when supporting pupils with big emotions

Someone who can build relationships and adapt to individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
