Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
 We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a welcoming school environment. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children engage in learning and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Support pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH. 
- 
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans. 
- 
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 
- 
Encourage independence and social development. 
- 
Assist with behaviour management in a supportive and consistent manner. 
Requirements:
- 
Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable. 
- 
Strong communication, empathy, and patience. 
- 
A proactive and flexible approach. 
- 
Right to work in the UK. 
- 
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
