About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary and secondary settings in Merton. The role involves working closely with teachers to provide tailored support, encouraging pupil engagement, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils in class and small group interventions

Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

Supporting children with additional needs (SEN) where required

Encouraging progress and helping to create an inclusive environment
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)

A passion for supporting young people in education

Right to Work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
