Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)
About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Merton. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

Encourage student participation and promote a positive learning environment

Support emotional, social, and academic development
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
-
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (advantageous but not essential)
Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
