What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, communication needs, and SEMH

Helping pupils manage routines and transitions in a way that feels steady and predictable

Offering 1:1 and small-group support within a friendly, well-structured environment

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to keep learning consistent

Using positive strategies, encouragement, and clear communication to help pupils thrive
What we’d love to see

Experience in SEND or strong transferable skills from care, youth work, coaching, or similar

A calm, compassionate approach, even on the tougher days

Someone who builds trust quickly and understands how important routine is for many learners
