SEN Teaching Assistant – Sutton

Protocol Education is looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner schools in Sutton.
You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans

Encourage pupils to engage and participate positively in lessons

Support children with personal care or additional needs when required
Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN (personal or professional)

Positive, proactive, and empathetic attitude
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Availability for full-time or long-term placement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
