Create a learning space where every child can shine in their own way
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting children or adults with SEND, especially SLD, PMLD or autism
-
A calm, caring nature and a willingness to learn
-
Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit
-
Someone who doesn’t mind getting creative, hands-on and occasionally paint-splattered
-
A genuine desire to help pupils feel confident and valued
What you’ll get from Protocol Education
-
Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella deductions
-
Free access to our online CPD academy, including modules on behaviour support, communication and sensory needs
