Salary: £88–£105 per day (PAYE)

We’re working with several welcoming Bradford primary schools looking for compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. What you’ll be doing:

Supporting a pupil with autism and social communication needs throughout the school day

Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to adapt learning plans

Creating a safe, engaging space where learning feels positive and achievable
About you:

You’ve got experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs (in school, childcare, or community settings)

You bring warmth, consistency, and empathy to your role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
