We’re working with several welcoming Bradford primary schools looking for compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting a pupil with autism and social communication needs throughout the school day

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to adapt learning plans

  • Creating a safe, engaging space where learning feels positive and achievable

About you:

  • You’ve got experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs (in school, childcare, or community settings)

  • You bring warmth, consistency, and empathy to your role

  • You’re reliable, flexible, and understand that small wins are worth celebrating

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
