SEN Teaching Assistant – Walthamstow (Secondary & College Settings)

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students in secondary schools and colleges across Walthamstow. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of Safeguarding and EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Role Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Pay: All roles are PAYE through Protocol Education

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs

  • Good knowledge of Safeguarding practices

  • Understanding of EHCPs and how to support students in line with their plans

  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
