Role Overview:
As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be playing a vital role in supporting students in both 1:1 and small groups, to ensure that students can access learning, develop independence and implement tailored plans where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with SEN and SEHM.
- Help kids who communicate differently or need extra support to feel seen and heard
- Support students during classroom activities and ensure their full participation and engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children (with special educational needs is highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills
- DBS on the update service
- Relevant qualifications or training in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
