You’re the calm in the storm—and we need you.
We’re looking for a kind, steady, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil in a supportive Doncaster primary school.

If you’ve worked with children with additional learning needs (especially Autism), know your way around an EHCP, and can step into a classroom with confidence and care—you’ll fit right in.

What your day might include:

  • One-to-one support that builds trust and confidence

  • Helping adapt lessons so they really land

  • Supporting the teacher with prep and classroom routines

  • Keeping track of progress (and the little wins)

  • Using strong de-escalation strategies if things get tricky

What we’re looking for:

  • A TA qualification (CACHE Level 2 or 3 preferred)

  • Experience working in SEN settings

  • Patience, good humour, and a bucketload of empathy
