Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)
About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and helping them thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEN

Assist the class teacher with planning and lesson delivery

Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement

Help track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, caring, and proactive approach
-
Relevant qualifications or training (preferred but not essential)
Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
