About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and helping them thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEN

  • Assist the class teacher with planning and lesson delivery

  • Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement

  • Help track and report on student progress and development

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, caring, and proactive approach

  • Relevant qualifications or training (preferred but not essential)

Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
