Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Wandsworth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs).

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and supportive learning activities.

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Support pupils in developing confidence, communication, and social skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting SEN children in schools or similar settings.

  • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
