SEN Teaching Assistant – Sutton

Protocol Education is seeking a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner schools in Sutton.
Role Overview:
 You will support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD), learning difficulties, and other additional needs. Your responsibilities include assisting in classroom activities, providing one-to-one support, and helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development.
 - 
Assist teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
 - 
Provide individual or small group support as required.
 - 
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
 - 
Collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff.
 
Requirements:
- 
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
 - 
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
 - 
Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
 - 
DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
