Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Merton.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs.

Assist the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management.

Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage pupils to reach their full potential both academically and personally.
Requirements:

Previous experience supporting SEN children in school or care settings.

Patient, caring, and proactive approach.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
