About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a Sutton-based school. The role involves helping pupils achieve their academic and social potential while fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and classroom activities.

Providing one-to-one or small group support as required.

Encouraging inclusion and promoting positive behaviour.

Helping with lesson preparation and maintaining a supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN is preferred.

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Valid Right to Work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
