SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (KS2)

Location: Bristol (BS13)
Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour
Contract: Full-time, long-term

We’re seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil in South Bristol. This is a rewarding role where your calm, consistent approach will help a child feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

The role includes:

  • Providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

  • Helping with emotional regulation and learning tasks

  • Creating a structured, supportive environment for learning

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (autism, ADHD, or other additional needs)

  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient personality

  • Great communication skills and a nurturing approach
