SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day

Location: South Bristol
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Up to £95/day, paid weekly through PAYE

Some heroes don’t wear capes- they carry fidget toys and calming words. We’re looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a caring South Bristol primary school.

You’ll work closely with children who need a bit of extra help to reach their potential, supporting them with learning, communication, and emotional wellbeing. Patience, creativity, and empathy are key, and if you’ve got experience with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs, even better.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping pupils manage emotions and build confidence

  • Working alongside SENCOs and teachers to adapt lessons

  • Bringing positivity to every day (even on a rainy Monday!)

What you’ll get:

  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella faff

  • Thrive training and access to free online CPD

  • Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant

  • A chance to make a genuine difference, every single day

If you’ve got a caring nature and a calm head, this could be the perfect next step.
