Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (Depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Croydon.
Responsibilities:

Support students with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

Provide one-to-one and small group support.

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or youth setting).

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
