Protocol Education is looking for a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support one of our welcoming partner schools in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language needs)

Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
-
Encouraging positive engagement and participation in lessons
-
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Assisting with personal care or mobility needs when required
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or personal experience is welcome)

A patient, positive, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
