SEN Teaching Assistant – Lambeth

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Lambeth.
You will support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). The school is looking for someone patient, proactive, and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN

Assist teachers in delivering differentiated and engaging lessons

Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
-
Implement strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Record and report progress to the SENCO and teaching staff
Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting)
-
Calm, empathetic and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
