Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Sutton
Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)
About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a motivated and caring Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to support students in a welcoming school based in Sutton. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children with additional learning needs reach their full potential in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support SEN students in both one-to-one and small group settings

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

Help monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
-
Relevant qualifications or SEN training (preferred but not essential)
Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
