What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication challenges, sensory needs, ADHD, and SEMH

Helping pupils manage routines, transitions, and changes to the day

Working with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent approaches

Offering 1:1 and small group support to build confidence and engagement

Using positive strategies to create a calm, reassuring environment
Who we’re looking for

Experience in SEND or strong transferable experience from care, youth work, sports coaching, or similar

A calm, steady presence who can support children through tricky moments
-
Someone positive, patient, and able to build trust quickly

A team player who enjoys working closely with staff to support the whole class

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
