Make a real difference every single day

What you will be doing

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health needs
  • Helping children feel settled, safe and understood
  • Working closely with teachers and the school’s SEND team
  • Using creativity, play and positive routines to help pupils thrive
  • Celebrating the tiny wins that make a huge difference over time

What the school is looking for

  • Someone warm, reliable and genuinely child centred
  • Experience in SEN is great, although not essential
  • A resilient team player who can stay calm on the tougher days
  • Someone eager to learn and open to trying new strategies

What you will get with Protocol Education

  • A supportive consultant who celebrates your wins and checks in regularly
  • Free specialised training, including our Thrive Child Development course
  • A workplace that values you as much as the children you support
  • Weekly pay, paid-to-scale roles and long term opportunities

If you are ready to help children feel heard, supported and inspired, we would love to hear from you.
