  • Autism

  • Challenging behaviours

  • Barriers to learning that need patience, structure, and a warm approach

No two days look the same in these settings, but one thing is constant, your impact matters.

  • Confident and calm when things get busy

  • Punctual and dependable so students get the consistency they need

  • Experienced in SEN settings or PRUs

  • Skilled at building trust with pupils who need a little extra guidance and reassurance

  • Ready to support both 1:1 and small group work as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in SEMH, ASD, ADHD or behaviour support

  • A DBS on the Update Service, or you're happy to apply for one through us

  • A positive, patient attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting young people

What you’ll get with Protocol Education

  • Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella deductions

  • Free access to online CPD, including behaviour support and SEND development

  • A dedicated consultant who knows your local schools

  • Opportunities across SEN schools, PRUs, alternative provisions and more
