We’re working with a welcoming SEN setting that’s looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils who need a bit of extra help to feel confident and settled at school.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, learning differences and social, emotional needs

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils stay engaged and develop confidence

Helping with communication, routines and emotional regulation

Using consistent, positive strategies recommended by teachers and pastoral staff

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils who rely on calm, caring adults

Supporting classroom activities to make learning accessible and enjoyable

A team player who takes guidance well and works positively with staff

Experience in schools, care, coaching, tutoring or youth work is helpful but not essential
