We’re supporting a fantastic special educational school that’s looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The pupils here are brilliant, energetic, and full of personality, and they need someone who can give them the steady support that helps them learn, grow, and flourish.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and SEMH

Helping pupils access learning through routine, reassurance, and simple, structured guidance

Assisting with personal development activities, sensory breaks, and emotional regulation
-
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
-
Creating a warm, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, settled, and ready to learn

Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or similar roles
