What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with pupils with a range of needs, including autism, complex learning needs and communication differences

  • Supporting learning in a structured, nurturing environment

  • Helping pupils build routines, confidence and independence

  • Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff who really get SEND

  • Bringing patience, creativity and a kind heart to each day

  • Experience supporting children or adults with SEND, or a strong desire to learn
