A brilliant specialist school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. You’ll be supporting pupils who have a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn each day.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and social or emotional needs

Helping create structured, nurturing classroom environments

Using personalised strategies to help pupils access learning

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support teams

Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive relationships
