What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social, emotional needs

Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils stay engaged and develop confidence

Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and daily routines

Using clear, consistent strategies recommended by teachers and the SEN team

Helping create accessible learning activities and positive classroom environments
-
Building trusting relationships with pupils who rely on steady, encouraging adults

Experience in care, SEN, youth work or coaching is helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
