About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine love for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Experience in schools is desirable but not essential - if you have personal experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., family members or volunteering), we encourage you to apply!
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through us.

Desirable Skills & Training (Not Mandatory):

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Training in PEG feeding, Makaton, PECS, or other SEN-related skills.
