What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and social or emotional challenges

Helping to create a structured, nurturing classroom environment

Using personalised strategies, visual tools, and sensory approaches to support learning

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff

Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and positive relationships

Someone patient, practical, and compassionate

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, or a real interest in developing those skills

A team player who communicates well and stays calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
