You’ll be joining a warm, skilled team who work closely with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and social emotional needs. No two days are the same, although there’s always plenty of support on hand. Think of it as joining a school where teamwork is the heartbeat and small wins are celebrated like big ones.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small, structured groups

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

  • Helping children access learning in ways that suit them

  • Creating a calm, predictable environment that helps pupils feel safe

  • Using visuals, sensory strategies, and your brilliant instincts to guide each child through their day

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, either in schools or care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
