We are seeking an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

✨ The Role:

Provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education and behaviour plans
-
Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, ensuring access to the curriculum and emotional wellbeing
-
Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour through consistent, nurturing practice

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and progress tracking
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Proven experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, patience, and emotional intelligence
-
Confident in managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
-
Highly reliable, professional, and passionate about inclusive education

Able to work collaboratively while also showing initiative and adaptability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
