SEN Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

Location: Wandsworth

Protocol Education are looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner schools in Wandsworth.

You will be supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH, helping them to access learning and thrive in a positive classroom environment.

What the role involves:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

  • Assisting the class teacher in lesson preparation and behaviour management

  • Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development

  • Creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

About you:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN

  • A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
