Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are seeking a caring and committed Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sutton. The successful candidate will support children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons for children with SEN

Provide one-on-one or small group support for academic, social, and emotional development
-
Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Maintain accurate records of student progress

Promote participation and inclusion in all school activities
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN is preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to teaching
-
Relevant SEN or educational support qualifications are desirable

DBS clearance or willingness to obtain
