Your role

Supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and SEMH

Helping pupils with classroom routines, transitions, and emotional regulation

Offering 1:1 and small-group support depending on the needs of the day

Working closely with teachers and support staff to keep approaches consistent and reassuring

Using visuals, structure, and lots of encouragement to build confidence
What we’re looking for

Experience in SEND is helpful, but a calm, patient approach is just as important

Someone who is reliable, warm, and able to build positive relationships quickly

A team player who gets stuck in and brings steady support, even on the trickier days

Great communication skills and a genuine interest in helping pupils thrive
