About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Croydon. The successful candidate will support children with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in classroom and one-to-one settings.

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities.

  • Promote social, emotional, and behavioral development.

  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN.

  • Excellent communication skills and patience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.

  • DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
