Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Wandsworth
Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to support students in a Wandsworth school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support SEN students in classroom and one-to-one settings

Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery

Encourage and promote student engagement and participation

Help monitor and report on student progress

Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:

Previous experience as an SEN TA or working with children with additional needs

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (preferred but not essential)
Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
