SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Support (Full-Time, January Start)
Location: Bristol
Pay: £90 to £100 per day (PAYE)
Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

A wonderful Bristol-based SEN school is looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team in January.
You’ll be working within a specialist autism provision that offers structure, warmth, and lots of opportunities for pupils to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils with autism in small, structured classrooms
• Helping children follow visual timetables and sensory routines
• Encouraging communication through PECS, Makaton, or play-based activities
• Working closely with the teacher and therapists on site
• Being a calm, predictable presence when things feel overwhelming

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
