Teaching Assistant – No Experience Needed! Creative, Active & Supportive Roles Across Bristol ⚽

Starting from £90 per day

We’re working with a brilliant group of primary and secondary schools across Bristol who are on the lookout for enthusiastic, proactive, and creative Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

If you love being active, think on your feet, and genuinely enjoy helping young people thrive, this could be the perfect fit for you — no classroom experience required. We’ll give you the guidance and support you need to get started.

About the role

No two days will be the same! You’ll be:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including communication difficulties, dysregulation, behavioural challenges, and physical disabilities

  • Working 1:1 with students who need a little extra encouragement

  • Assisting teachers with engaging, inclusive lessons and small-group activities

  • Using your creativity, energy, and empathy to make a real difference every day

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a qualified TA — just someone who’s passionate about helping young people succeed.
We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have worked with children or young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, or care – or are keen to start)

  • Are energetic, patient, and ready to get involved

  • Bring creativity, positivity, or even a bit of sporty flair to your day

  • Can communicate calmly and confidently, even when things get lively!

What you’ll need

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Two references from the last 24 months

  • The right to work in the UK
