About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEN (such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs) in both 1:1 and small group settings.

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans.

Encourage and promote positive behaviour and engagement.

Support the emotional and social development of students.

Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure progress.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Calm, patient, and proactive attitude.
-
Right to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
